Returns & Exchange

1. No General Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
We do not offer a general return, exchange, or refund policy for any of our products.
All sales are final, and we strongly encourage you to review product details and sizes before making a purchase.
2. Exchange for Damaged Products
We understand that occasionally, products may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer an exchange for the damaged product, subject to the following conditions:
Mandatory Opening Video: To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a video of the package being opened. This video must clearly show the condition of the product as it was received. Without this video, we cannot process an exchange request.
Process: Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same product within 2 business days. This replacement will be dispatched after we inspect the returned damaged item within 2 business days.
3. Exchange process
If you receive a damaged product and want to request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Order details and a video showing the package being opened, clearly displaying the damage to the product.
Wait for Confirmation: After submitting the required information, please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your request and process the exchange.
Customer Support: If you do not receive a response within the given timeframe, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team for assistance. We are here to help and will ensure your request is addressed promptly.
4. No Money Refunds
We do not offer any form of monetary refunds. If your product is eligible for exchange but is out of stock, we will either:
Restock the Product: We will notify you when the product becomes available again and proceed with the exchange at that time.
Credit Note: If the product is no longer available or if you prefer, we will issue a credit note for the value of the product. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our Website.
5. Important Notes
Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product has been damaged or altered by the customer.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchange requests must be made within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
